Sales Representative
NGEN, LLC is a growing managed computer services firm seeking an outside sales representative to join our sales force. NGEN sells and installs computer hardware and software (Dell, Cisco, HP, Microsoft, Symantec, N-able, BlueSocket, Fortinet), provides ongoing IT support, delivers fully managed hosting solutions and performs project management for IT projects and relocations. Sales reps will be responsible for generating commercial account sales in the SMB Market. Flexible home and office work arrangements are possible when not in the field.

Remote Support Administrator
NGEN is actively seeking permanent full-time Remote Support Administrator. NGEN provides a wide range of IT administrative services to small and medium businesses. We are growing and need you!!
You will provide telephone and remote support to our clients under the supervision and guidance of Team Leaders. You will work with clients in response to telephone calls and email requests. We will count on you to have good written and verbal communication skills, a professional demeanor and general knowledge of computer and network support. NGEN is a growing IT consulting firm committed to promoting from within. This is a great position for an MCP professional looking to develop their computers skills.

Network Engineer
In a typical week at NGEN you might design a new network for a client, resolve a problem with a Blackberry server, beta test a new technology, figure out why a backup tape won’t eject, figure out why a server is out of space, run a security audit, figure out if someone hacked a network, or any one of a hundred other issues. In short, you will make technology work for our clients. You will share your expertise with others and rapidly gain expertise in those areas you have not yet learned.
